asked the Under Secretary of State for India, Whether any decision has been arrived at in the Fuller case; and, if so, whether he will lay the Papers before the House, with any opinions recorded by Members of Council on the subject?

LORD GEORGE HAMILTON,

in reply, said, there were two despatches on the subject in the India Office, and if the right hon. Gentleman moved for them they would be laid on the Table of the House.
