MR. GATHORNE HARDYMy hon. and gallant Friend says "not referring to contracts," but that is a considerable item in the matter. It will not be possible for me to give the details so fully as he requires. The whole sum that was taken in the Estimates, as I stated in moving them, was £40,700.
