§ MR. J. LOWTHERMy attention has been called to an anonymous letter in The Times of May 2, which contains some statements relating to the state of the island of Barbadoes. Papers which will contain all the information the hon. Gentleman desires are now in course of preparation, and will be presented without unnecessary delay.
