§ SIR MICHAEL HICKS-BEACHPreliminary inquiries have been made in 37 cases, and the Inspectors have decided on revoking nine licences for non-compliance with the Acts. In some cases an extended time has been given to the licences to cultivate the oyster beds, and others are under consideration.
