§ MR. W. HOLMS, asked the Under Secretary of State for India, If he will explain why the additional Papers connected with the Memorials of Artillery Officers, ordered on the 16th of July 1875, have not yet been presented to the House, and if he can state when they will be presented?
§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTON, in reply, said, the Papers referred to by the hon. Gentleman were on the Table of the House, and would shortly be in the hands of Members. The delay was 1568 occasioned by the fact that the Papers moved for were scattered in different parts of India, and some delay was necessarily occasioned in collecting the Papers.
