MR. R. YORKEasked the Secretary of State for War, Whether he will produce the plans for the proposed reconstruction of Knightsbridge Barracks 1295 for the inspection of Members; and, if so, how long before the Vote for the money is asked for?
MR. GATHORNE HARDT, in reply, said, he had given directions that the plans should be got as forward as possible, and he would undertake—if the Vote for the works was passed—that no action should be taken on that Vote without the consent of the House after it had seen the plans.
