§ MR. DISRAELII have now to move that this House do immediately resolve itself into a Committee of Supply. It is a formal Motion made in consequence of Supply being a dropped Order from the House terminating its sitting rather abruptly on Friday. I mention this because a misapprehension has existed in some quarters as to the nature of this Motion as if it were an invasion of the privileges of hon. Members. Every privilege of hon. Members may be exercised as usual on the Question being put from the Chair.
