§ SIR CHARLES ADDERLEY,in reply, said, that an inquiry had been held on the 16th instant by Mr. Rothery, assisted by Captains Harris and White, as nautical assessors from the Board of Trade. The Dover Harbour Commissioners, by whom the inquiry had been directed would, no doubt, send him the Report, and he would then consider what portion of it it would be desirable to lay on the Table.
