THE SOLICITOR GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. PLUNKET)

said, the second reading of the Civil Bill Courts (Ireland) Bill would not be taken until the 23rd of March, as that day he believed would suit the convenience of Irish Members on both sides of the House; but he hoped there would be no objection to proceeding with the subsequent stages of the Bill as soon as possible, so that by Easter they might have made some substantial progress in Committee.
