asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether Her Majesty's Government are taking steps to protect the interests of justice in the appeal to a higher tribunal, of the man who was found guilty of the murder of Mr. Hind at Naples?

Her Majesty's Government have taken steps to secure the services of the eminent Italian counsel who was engaged on behalf of the family of the late Mr. Hind, at the original trial, for the appeal which is shortly to come on.
