§ SIR CHARLES ADDERLEYSir, I have heard from Lord Aberdeen, who is Chairman of the Royal Commission since the Duke of Buckingham left for Madras, and who is in Ireland now with some of his Colleagues, that he sees no prospect of their being able to present a Report until after Easter.
