§ THE LORD ADVOCATEIn reply to to the hon. and learned Gentleman, I have to state that it is my intention to introduce a Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Bill, with provisions similar to those in the Bill of last year. I hope to have an opportunity of doing so soon.
