MR. ASSHETON CROSS (for Mr. SCLATER Booth),in reply, said he would communicate with the Metropolitan Board of Works on the subject. He might add that it was their intention to deal, he did not know whether with this particular case, but with a great many cases, under the Artizans' Dwellings Act in the course of the year.
