MR. ASSHETON CROSSPerhaps, Sir, the hon. Member for Kendal (Mr. Whitwell), who has given Notice of a similar Question, will allow me to answer it at the same time. I have to say, in answer to both Questions, that it is the intention of the Government, before the end of the Session, to move for leave to bring in a Bill for the appointment of a Public Prosecutor.
