MR. GATHORNE HARDY, in reply, said, that the complaints of the medical officers of the Army were receiving full consideration, but it would be premature to express an opinion upon one part of the case. He was informed that the hon. Gentleman had not correctly represented what had been done in the Navy; 20 but, at all events, he was not at present in a position to answer the Question.
