HC Deb 22 March 1875 vol 223 c143
MR. KIRKMAN HODGSON

asked the First Commissioner of Works, What steps have been taken to carry into effect the recommendation of the Commissioners of the Inland Revenue for the removal of the Inland Revenue office in the city of Bristol to a more central position?

LORD HENRY LENNOX

, in reply, said, his attention had been called to the recommendation of the Inland Revenue Commissioners in the matter referred to. It was now under his consideration; but he feared he could not at present give any distinct promise that the work would be proceeded with this year.
