§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER, in reply, said, his attention had not been drawn to the matter, and he was therefore not prepared to say whe- 1288 ther there was anything objectionable in it. No complaints had been received on the subject by the Board of Inland Revenue.
