§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONSir, all the despatches on the subject of the recent famine in Bengal are in the Library of this House. The date of the last despatch was the 9th of October, 1874, and a final Report was then promised, which has not yet arrived. We have learnt from a recent telegram that the Famine Reports and the Viceroy's Minute thereon have been published in India. When we receive these documents they shall be laid upon the Table of the House.
