MR. LOPESasked the Lord Advocate, in the absence of Mr. Attorney General, When (having regard to the near approach of the Circuits, and the consequent absence of many legal Members) the Committee on the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (1873) Amendment Bill will be taken?
§ THE LORD ADVOCATE, in reply, said, he was unable to state on what day the Committee would be taken. The convenience of legal Gentlemen would be consulted with reference to the day when the Bill would be set down for going into Committee.
