Gentleman," is causing depression throughout the Country in the shipbuilding trade." I am not aware of any uncertainty upon the subject, and my information as to the shipbuilding trade is quite the reverse of that possessed by the hon. Member. Her Majesty's Government intend to proceed with the Merchant Shipping Acts Amendment Bill, but I cannot now fix a day for the purpose.
