§ MR. DISRAELISir, the arrangements which will be made with regard to the visit of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales to India will be such, as I trust and believe, will meet with the approbation of this House. I must, at the same time, most respectfully protest 1357 against hon. Members assuming that there is to be a grant of public money proposed, and upon that assumption asking Questions which I think the House will feel it would be more respectful to itself, and certainly more convenient, should be reserved, should any proposition of that character be made, until that occasion.
