asked the honourable and learned Member for Salford, If he intends to move that night that the Lords' Amendments to the Offences against the Person Bill should or should not be agreed to?

MR. CHARLEY

, in reply, said, he intended to move that the Lords' Amendments to the Bill should be considered that night.

MR. VANCE

asked whether the honourable and learned Member intended to move their reception or rejection?

MR. SPEAKER

said, the hon. Member had received a specific answer to his Question. When the Order of the Day was called on would be the time for the hon. and learned Member to say what he intended to do.
