§ MR. W. H. SMITHSir, the third Report of the Civil Service Inquiry Commission is now ready for distribution, and will be in the hands of Members before the end of the week. During the progress of the inquiry, the consideration of the memorials of the Outdoor Officers of Customs and of the other Civil Servants has been suspended by the Treasury; but the Government intends in the Autumn to deal with the several questions raised in the Reports of the Commission.
