asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether, having regard to the fact that the Staff of the 40th Depôt Brigade is now at Winchester, and that the Depôt of the Regiments belonging to that Brigade is now, and for some time past has been, at Port Elson, Gosport, it is the intention of the Government to build Barracks at Winchester, or to make such arrangements there as may enable the Staff and Depôt of the said Regiments to be quartered together
