§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONSir, the circumstances of Mr. Torekler's case have been frequently under consideration, and are, therefore, well-known. He has received such redress and compassionate consideration as appeared to be suitable, and it is not proposed to institute any further inquiry into the case.
