asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether, if a Militia Adjutant appointed before 22nd February 1871, willing to perform all the duties of the Brigade Depôt, or any other Military duty he may be called on to perform, and who does not wish to accept the retiring pay, as per Royal Warrant 29th March 1875, will be subsequently debarred from the benefits of the new scale?
