§ Resolved, That it is expedient to amend the sixty-seventh section of "The Education (Scotland) Act, 1872," by authorising Grants to be made by Parliament in and of Schools and Teachers Residences in the counties of Sutherland and Caithness, in the same manner as Grants may be made under the said section to Schools in the counties of Inverness, Argyll, Boss, Orkney, and Shetland.
