§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONSir, the Secretary of State for India will, as soon as possible, lay before Parliament the Papers relating to the appointment and proceedings of the Commission referred to in the Question. Those Papers will give the hon. Member the information which he seeks. I take this opportunity of stating that a large mass of Papers relating to the proceedings of the first Commission appointed to inquire into the administration of the Baroda State have for some time past 718 been in the hands of the printers, and will shortly be distributed to hon. Members.
