HC Deb 08 April 1875 vol 223 c498
MR. KAY-SHUTTLEWORTH

asked the President of the Local Government Board, Whether he can inform the House when he proposes to introduce the Bill for the prevention of the Pollution of Rivers promised in Her Majesty's Most Gracious Speech?

MR. SCLATER-BOOTH

, in reply, said, he was not prepared at that moment to answer the Question put by the hon. Gentleman; but next week he should, he hoped, be able to name the day when it was his intention to bring in the Bill.
