§ Leave given to the Select Committee on Explosive Substances to make a Special Report.—(Sir John Hay.)

Special Report brought up, and read, as followeth:—
The Select Committee on Explosive Substances have agreed to the following Special Report:—
That the attention of the Committee has been called to a Letter from Mr. R. S. France, addressed to the Chairman of the Committee, and that as such Letter appears to reflect upon the conduct of the Chairman, the Committee had agreed to report the same to the House in order that the House may take such steps as it shall think tit.
§ [Then the said Letter is set forth at length.]
§ Ordered, That Mr. R. S. France do attend this House upon Monday the 1st day of June next, at half an hour after Four of the clock.
