asked the hon. Member for Tralee, If it is his intention to proceed with his Bill for the extension of the provisions of the Irish Land Act of 1872 to England and Scotland?

, in reply, said, that it was his intention to proceed with his Bill if he could find a day on which it would be fully discussed and a division taken. He feared, however, that he should be unable to find such a day this Session.
