§ MR. BOURKESir, the arrangements to be made for the distribution of the sums awarded by the Mixed Claims Commission are under the consideration of Her Majesty's Government. No decision has as yet been arrived at as to whether or not it may be necessary to ask Parliament to legislate on the subject.
