§ MR. BOURKEIt is true, Sir, that the proposal mentioned in the Question of the hon. Gentleman is contained in the amended Budget which has been prepared for the approval of the Greek Parliament; but since that amended Budget was presented, there has been a change of Government in Greece, so it is possible that no further steps may be taken upon the subject.
