I beg, Sir, to move. "That the Orders of the Day be postponed until after the Notice of Motion relative to the Stroud Writ." While I make that Motion, I may be allowed to give Notice of the following, which I will put on the Paper:— That every Motion for a New Writ, of which Notice has been given, pursuant to the Resolution of the 30th day of April last, be appointed for consideration before the Orders of the Bay and Notices of Motions.
