§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTON, in moving a Resolution—
That it is expedient to make provision for the transfer of the Assets and Liabilities of the Bengal and Madras Civil Service Annuity Funds, and the Annuity Branch of the Bombay Civil Fund, to the Secretary of State for India in Council,said, the Bill was identical with that introduced last year, but which had to be abandoned in consequence of the pressure of Public Business.
