§ MR. HAYTERasked the Secretary of State for War, If be has come to a decision as to the formation of a Department of Army Accountants; or if the vacancies at present existing among Regimental Paymasters are likely to be soon filled up?
MR. GATHORNE HARDY, in reply, said, that no decision had been come to, because he did not think there had been a sufficient inquiry. A further inquiry would be prosecuted, and in the meantime no vacancy would be filled up.
