HC Deb 05 June 1874 vol 219 c1063

Order for Committee read.

Motion made and Question proposed, "That Mr. Speaker do now leave the Chair."

MR. DISRAELI

said, that, taking it for granted that all hon. Members who had Notices on the Paper for that evening meant to follow the course which had been adopted by his hon. Friend the Member for Limerick (Mr. O'Shaughnessy), he begged, on the part of the Government, to thank those hon. Members for their courtesy. He would move that the Order for going into Supply be postponed until Monday, so that they might at once proceed with the Committee on the Licensing Bill.

Motion agreed to.

Committee deferred till Monday next.
