MR. ASSHETON CROSS, in reply, said the hon. Baronet, by applying to the office of the European Society Arbitration, could obtain information as to the number and dates of sittings which had been held under the Arbitration, and he did not think it would be proper to encourage the expense of the printing of the House by furnishing Returns of them.
