Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of a portion of any increased Salaries and Expenses which may he payable in pursuance of any Act of the present Session for amending the Laws relating' to the Royal Irish Constabulary and the Police of Dublin Metropolis.
