§ SIR ARTHUR GUINNESSasked the Postmaster General, Whether he will take measures to provide for the members of the Stock Exchange at Dublin, facilities for direct telegraphic communication similar to those now enjoyed by the members of the Stock Exchanges of Edinburgh, Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow.
§ LORD JOHN MANNERS, in reply, said, the whole question of telegraphic communication between England and Ireland would be brought under the consideration of the Government during the Recess, and the subject referred to by the hon. Baronet would not be lost sight of.
