LORD HENEY LENNOX, in reply, said, that his attention had been called to the question of providing accommodation in the New Courts of Justice for the Final Court of Appeal; and he hoped his hon. Friend would not deem him discourteous if he refrained at present from entering into any detailed answer on that subject.
