asked Mr. Attorney General for Ireland, Whether he intends this Session to bring forward a measure to remove certain hardships suffered under the Civil Bill (Ireland) Act, by which Act persons sued to the Petty Sessions Court for a small sum, say five shillings, if the case is settled before trial, have to pay as much stamp duty as if they had been sued in the same Court for a largo sum, say forty pounds?
