§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONSir, on Friday next, I hope these Papers will be in the hands of hon. Members. As the hon. Gentleman is aware, it has been necessary to hold back these Papers in order that Despatches might not be in the hands of hon. Members before they were received by the Governments to whom they were addressed.
