§ MR. BOURKEThe Papers laid on the Table last year will show what was the state of the question at that time. Since then two letters have been addressed by the Directors of the Company to Lord Granville in September and October last. They do not materially affect the position of the controversy, and since that time there has been no change, as far as we know, in the state of affairs. No reference has been addressed on the subject to the present Government.
