Resolution [March 31] reported;
That it is expedient to empower the Public Works Loan Commissioners to make Advances by way o£ Loan, to an amount not exceeding £250,000, for the Improvement of the Harbour of Colombo, in the Colony of Ceylon.
§ Resolution agreed to:—Bill ordered to be brought in by Mr. RAIKES, Lord GEORGE HAMILTON, and Mr. WILLIAM HENRY SMITH.
