asked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether the Returns ordered of the weekly condition 430 of the Bank of England from 1857 to the present time, will be printed and delivered to Members previously to the Right honourable, Gentleman bringing forward his promised Bill on the subject of the Bank Act?

in reply, said, the Return had been made and presented; but he had no control over the printing and delivery of it.
