Gentleman, I may state that the British Military Attacheé at Berlin has reported from time to time on the way in which the material of war, including provisions and clothing, is procured for the German Army. As Reports of this nature are naturally confidential, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State does not think it desirable that they should be laid before Parliament.
