CHARLEYasked the President of the Local Government Board, Whether, considering that the existing forms of proceedings in Bastardy have been virtually repealed and are to some extent obsolete, he will take immediate steps for issuing new or altered forms in lieu thereof, pursuant to the powers vested in him by the new Bastardy Act of the present Session?
§ MR. STANSFELDin reply, said, that he had already given instructions for the framing of now orders, and that as soon as they were framed and approved they would be issued.
