HC Deb 10 March 1873 vol 214 c1615
MR. W. M. TORRENS

asked, Whether any steps had been taken by the Foreign Office to ascertain the fate of Mr. Selby, an English gentleman, who had mysteriously disappeared from the Hotel Petersburg in Paris on a day in January last, and who had not since been heard of? A Mr. St. George had seen Mr. Selby in the morning before he disappeared.

VISCOUNT ENFIELD

said, he had no information; but he would write to Lord Lyons on the subject.
