§ MR GOSCHENSir, the maximum age as the regulations stand at present is 13½. I will furnish the hon. Member with a copy of the regulations, and will be happy to give him such further information as may be in my power. But I do not pledge myself that no alterations will be made in those regulations before the next examination. I hope before Parliament rises to be able to answer the Question put to me some time ago with respect to the changes in the admission of cadets; but the matter is one of great difficulty, and we have not yet been able to arrange it.
